21 December 2025 Half Hour Program from 8:45pm to 9:15pm GMT

 This year at the annual Global Silent Minute on 21 December 2025 we will pause in a shared minute of Silence to launch the theme for daily reflection throughout 2026: to radiate Truth through Silence as Action.

 The sun radiates and we too - as sun-hearts in incarnation - radiate who we are moment to moment within the constellation of our communities wherever we may be on this beautiful blue planet.

 We will begin our 30 minute program at 8:45pm GMT to prepare for the exact minute of Silence at 9:00pm GMT followed by the distribution of the energies contacted.
